Development of Training Modules and Pilot Training of Stakeholders on Right to Decent Work and Forced Labour

Migration and Rights Lab is contracted to develop training modules on Right to Decent Work and Forced Labour.  The modules are intended to train Community members, General Agricultural Workers Union of Ghana, Regional/District officers of Commission of Human Rights and Administrative Justice, Community Leaders, individuals, CSOs and other state agencies across Ghana.

The modules are developed and deployed using adult learning and participatory learning principles within the context of human rights-based approaches. The trainings combine presentations, group work, individual reflections, and exercises to deliver on often complex topics like child labour with community members while sustaining interest and provoking deeper discussions.
